QUEST HEALTH & SAFETY

At Quest, the well-being of our employees and guests is our top priority. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we provide on-site safety and medical resources and ask all attendees to follow the guidelines below.

ATTENDEE PROMISE

COME PREPARED AND LOOK OUT FOR EACH OTHER:

  • Act responsibly and with respect for yourself and others.
  • Follow all applicable laws, rules, and resort guidelines.
  • Stay home if unwell — if you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please do not attend.
  • Respect others’ health — practice good hygiene, wash hands frequently, and use sanitizers.
  • Be mindful in crowds — give space when possible and respect personal boundaries.
  • Follow on-site instructions from staff, security, or medical personnel.
  • Look out for your teammates and assist them if they need care.
  • Stay on resort property — Quest safety resources only extend within the grounds.
  • Understand that you are responsible for your guest’s actions.

SAFETY RESOURCES + TIPS TO PREPARE

WE’VE PREPARED ON-SITE RESOURCES AND HELPFUL TIPS TO SUPPORT YOUR WELL-BEING:

  • Medical Tent & Ambulance – available for immediate assistance during festival hours.
  • 24/7 Resort Doctor – located near the Lemon building and can be found on the resort map. Please note, fees may apply.
  • Hydration & Wellness Stations – stay cool and hydrated throughout the event.
  • Event Safety Staff – members of PX and People Support who are easy to identify and always ready to help.
  • Lost & Found – located in the hotel lobby.
  • Protect yourself from the sun – take breaks and find shade. Sunscreen lotion, hats, and sunglasses are key.
  • Bring hearing protection – or stop by the PX Wellness tent for complimentary earplugs.
  • Have Emergency Contact or Buddy Info – on your phone lock screen in case your phone is lost or emergency personnel need to know.
