Please be sure to regularly check Connect for all updates via the official Haven Connect room “Quest ’25: Haven Rooming”! All other Quest Announcements can be found in the main Quest 2025 Connect room. Make sure Connect is downloaded to your phone so you don’t miss a second of the action.
Arriving to Cancun
When you arrive to the Cancun airport, keep a look out for the Haven logo once you exit the airport. When in doubt, follow any POWER sign you see and communicate with our transportation company, Edge, that you are a Haven attendee.
Which way to the festival?
As a Haven guest, you will need to take a shuttle to our festival at Moon Palace Sunrise. Please see below for the most up to date shuttle times departing from the Haven or Sunrise lobby!
Bus ScheduleHaven Check In…
Upon arrival, check in at Haven’s front desk before heading to POWER’s check-in. There, you’ll receive your Quest swag and wristband, which grants access to Moon Palace Sunrise, Festival Grounds, and shuttle transportation. You are required to wear your wristbands for the duration of your stay.
Haven Check Out…
Airport transportation departs from outside the Haven Lobby. Departure times will be posted in your Haven Connect room! Please ensure your flight details are correct in your Nitro registration to ensure a smooth departure.
